The standard services listed below are available to all residents at Ladera Vista. We base these services on each resident's pre-admission appraisal, subsequent reappraisals, required needs and service plan.
24-hour care/observation
Weekly linen changes for the bedroom
Daily housekeeping
Fully furnished rooms, including: Bed, Closet, Nightstand, Bed linen, Chest of drawers, and Chair
Well-balanced breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks
Assistance with activities of daily living: Eating, Bathing, Dressing, Toileting, Transferring (walking) and Continence
Medication management
Activities to stimulate the resident, such as: Games, Barbecues, Birthday and holiday parties and Religious observances
